Over the last decade, Bill helped clients win hundreds of millions of dollars in federal grants to help onshore industrial production and build out critical energy infrastructure. Bill served as Staff Director for the House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee on Interior, Energy and Environment. There, he led investigations into some of the most high-profile environmental and land-use issues in the country, advising Congress on agency behavior, rulemaking authority and executive accountability.
