Sam spent the greater part of a decade working as a profit and loss, and operations specialist in the private sector. She also worked in local and state elections to advance conservative ideas, and in 2015, she joined the first Trump presidential campaign and served as the Florida Grassroots Director. During the first Trump administration, she served as the Director of Scheduling, Advance, and Operations at the Department of the Interior, where she oversaw executive logistics and agency coordination at the highest levels of government.
